Frame Running is an innovative sport for people with impaired balance. The sport was invented in Denmark in 1991.

A RaceRunner is a custom-built tricycle without pedals that eliminates issues with balance for its user.

Frame Running is an excellent sport option for individuals of all ages who have a history of cerebral palsy, arthritis, amputation, traumatic brain injury, stroke, dystonia, ataxia or Parkinson’s disease. It allows individuals with mobility limitations the opportunity to experience movement under their own foot power at relatively high speeds.

The sport of Frame Running has been approved for inclusion as a Paralympic athletic event. Keep an eye out for Frame Running in future Paralympic competitions.
